I can,t talk but i can write,please help with suggestions to speak the language you are speaking

Hey friends the world at large.I have been thinking and dreaming of ever being able to be speechful until now that my hopes are fadiing away almost.I know you all have got an individual idea on what i may do to improve.No amount of information is too small.You are all great in your own rights and personalities.Watch my video and you can see my problem and how it affects me.I will be trying all your ideas on camera to show that i am really up for it and that i value every contribution.
I just want to be able to speak your language and that feeling of being speechful.
